Samuel Darkuleh Darpolor

Is a highly qualified “Do No Harm” trainer with plenty of experience as trainer and practitioner of conflict-sensitive programming. He works as an Independent Consultant on gender and peace-building and has been active in the Civil Society spheres for at least fifteen years. Samuel holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations (Political Science), several certificates and a diploma in Social and Development Work and disposes of many professional skills relevant for thegrowth and development of the society.

Sartu W. Doe

Is a qualified “Do No Harm” trainer with proven skills in the application of conflict sensitivity and in the strategic planning of peace-building projects (“Reflecting on Peace Practice”). As staff of NARDA, he has worked for many years in the areas of research, programming, monitoring and evaluation. Additionally, he has participated in the facilitation of Open Space conferences. Sartu holds a Master’s degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Transformation and is committed to actions and endeavors leading to transformative change and societal development.

Richkel Vickey Dougbe

Is a peace advocate and co-trainer for Mediation with additional experience in context analysis, applying the “Do No Harm” concept for conflict-sensitive programming. She has a professional background as a journalist and communication specialist with work experience in public relations, leadership, teaching, coordination and management, as well as as a radio host and producer. Currently, she works as Public Relations Officer for the Liberia Opportunities Industrialization Center (LOIC).

Decontee George

Is a facilitator of Open Space processes and a co-facilitator for the Reflecting on Peace Practice”approach. She has over 12 years of experience in youth empowerment, women’s inclusion, peacebuilding, and community development, she brings proven leadership to transformative programs across Liberia. Holding a BA in Sociology and certifications in Project Management and Youth Leadership Development, she currently serves as Country Program Coordinator for Bread for the World’s Civil Peace Service in Liberia.

Esther Gbellay Harris

Is a trained mediator and she co-facilitates Open Space conferences. Her expertise includes psychosocial support, mediation, family therapy, and peacebuilding. Since 2008, she has worked with the Lutheran Church in Liberia’s Trauma Healing and Reconciliation Program (THRP), serving in multiple roles through counselling, community engagement, and reconciliation services. Mrs. Gbellay holds a Bachelor of Artsin Sociology from the University of Liberia and a Diploma in Social Work.

Morris Kamara Sr

Serves as a co-trainer for Mediation. He has worked as a consultant providing training to numerous local journalists in the areas of branding and non-profit communications and has a proven track record in media relations, crisis management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. He currently works as Program Lead at YMCA, coordinating the activities of his organization within the Civil Peace Service.

Francis Senkpanie Konyon

Is an experienced practitioner for programme planning in conflict situations, applying the “Do No Harm” and the “Reflecting on Peace Practice” approaches. Working as Program Manager for the Center for Justice and Peace Studies (CJPS), he has gained extensive experience in peace-building and conflict management. He has used a variety of tools to facilitate conflict-sensitive programming and peace promotion in trainings for the members of the Civil Peace Service network and for other institutions and organizations.

Luna Hawa Kiazolu

Has practical experience in context analysis, applying the “Do No Harm” concept for conflict-sensitive programming. Her career has focused on empowering youth and women, promoting democratic governance, and providing critical administrative and programmatic support to leading organizations in Liberia. She is a dynamic and dedicated public administration professional with experience in civil society and governance programs, as well as in community advocacy, currently working for the Liberia Council of Churches.

Larry M. Melling

Is a highly experienced facilitator of Open Space processes and a trainer and practitioner in Mediation, with additional knowledge in conflict-sensitive planning (“Do No Harm”). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honor and several capacity development certificates in areas such as organizational development and psycho-social counselling. As lead trainer for NARDA, he has more than twenty years of experience in teaching, training, and mentoring many CSOs and other institutions.

Anthony K. Vankpana

Is a co-trainer for Mediation. He works as a Project Assistant for the Trauma Healing and Reconciliation Program of the Lutheran Church in Liberia (LCL-THRP), where he plays a critical role in coordinating field activities, supporting community outreach, and ensuring the smooth implementation of programmatic goals aimed at healing individuals and communities affected by trauma. Additionally, Anthony holds a Bachelor degree in Geology.
