CPS Liberia BfTW Partners Quarterly Meeting: Strengthening Partners Contributions to Peace Work

The second quarterly meeting for 2022 of CPS Network Partners, Liberia recently convened in Lower Margibi, Liberia, with partner organizations holding discussions on Strengthening the network; contributions in peacebuilding work; accessing peace work as a network and achieving objectives and indicators as CPS Network Partners.


Key among other discussions was the creation of a local theme for the International Day of Peace, scheduled for September 2022, to be observed and celebrated by CPS Network Partners in Liberia. The meeting also agreed on a joint action plan for the International Day of Peace.

The two days meeting also focused on the venue of the Civil Peace Service, Mano River Union meeting and context analysis Planning of the CPS; and when partner organizations are to raise their voices and what values each partner organization can bring to the network.
