Samuel Darkuleh Darpolor<\/h3>

Is a highly qualified \u201cDo No Harm\u201d trainer with plenty of experience as trainer and practitioner of conflict-sensitive programming. He works as an Independent Consultant on gender and peace-building and has been active in the Civil Society spheres for at least fifteen years. Sartu W. Doe<\/h3>

Is a qualified \u201cDo No Harm\u201d trainer with proven skills in the application of conflict sensitivity and in the strategic planning of peace-building projects (\u201cReflecting on Peace Practice\u201d). As staff of NARDA, he has worked for many years in the areas of research, programming, monitoring and evaluation. Additionally, he has participated in the facilitation of Open Space conferences. Richkel Vickey Dougbe<\/h3>

Is a peace advocate and co-trainer for Mediation with additional experience in context analysis, applying the \u201cDo No Harm\u201d concept for conflict-sensitive programming. She has a professional background as a journalist and communication specialist with work experience in public relations, leadership, teaching, coordination and management, as well as as a radio host and producer. Currently, she works as Public Relations Officer for the Liberia Opportunities Industrialization Center (LOIC).<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Decontee George<\/h3>

Is a facilitator of Open Space processes and a co-facilitator for the Reflecting on Peace Practice\u201dapproach. She has over 12 years of experience in youth empowerment, women\u2019s inclusion, peacebuilding, and community development, she brings proven leadership to transformative programs across Liberia. Holding a BA in Sociology and certifications in Project Management and Youth Leadership Development, she currently serves as Country Program Coordinator for Bread for the World\u2019s Civil Peace Service in Liberia.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Esther Gbellay Harris<\/h3>

Is a trained mediator and she co-facilitates Open Space conferences. Her expertise includes psychosocial support, mediation, family therapy, and peacebuilding. Since 2008, she has worked with the Lutheran Church in Liberia\u2019s Trauma Healing and Reconciliation Program (THRP), serving in multiple roles through counselling, community engagement, and reconciliation services. Mrs. Gbellay holds a Bachelor of Artsin Sociology from the University of Liberia and a Diploma in Social Work. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

He has worked as a consultant providing training to numerous local journalists in the areas of branding and non-profit communications and has a proven track record in media relations, crisis management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Francis Senkpanie Konyon<\/h3>

Is an experienced practitioner for programme planning in conflict situations, applying the \u201cDo No Harm\u201d and the \u201cReflecting on Peace Practice\u201d approaches. Working as Program Manager for the Center for Justice and Peace Studies (CJPS), he has gained extensive experience in peace-building and conflict management. Larry M. Melling<\/h3>

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honor and several capacity development certificates in areas such as organizational development and psycho-social counselling.
