Les agences humanitaires et de d\u00e9veloppement doivent s\u2019assurer que leurs interventions n\u2019ont pas d\u2019effets n\u00e9gatifs sur les relations locales lorsqu\u2019elles fournissent leur assistance, et doivent donc veiller \u00e0 appliquer l\u2019approche \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Do No Harm<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb dans la programmation. Cette approche pourrait au moins assurer que les activit\u00e9s ne vont pas exacerber les tensions ou alimenter les conflits, mais plut\u00f4t aider les gens \u00e0 se d\u00e9sengager de la violence qui les entoure, m\u00eame si la construction de la paix n\u2019est pas l\u2019objectif explicite. Pour les organisations de paix, l\u2019approche <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Ne pas Nuire\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> est \u00e9galement pertinente, en particulier lorsque des projets dont l\u2019objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la paix et \u00e0 la justice sont mis en \u0153uvre dans des contextes de conflits entre groupes. Quelques candidats des quatre pays ont suivi une formation de formateurs intensive de deux semaines au Kenya, o\u00f9 ils ont non seulement tout appris sur l\u2019approche elle-m\u00eame, mais aussi sur les techniques de facilitation, les diff\u00e9rents formats de formation et l\u2019application de la programmation sensible aux conflits dans la pratique. La formation comprenait \u00e9galement un atelier anim\u00e9 par les nouveaux formateurs eux-m\u00eames pour des participants d\u2019organisations de d\u00e9veloppement kenyanes. Entre-temps, les nouveaux formateurs ont \u00e9galement facilit\u00e9 des ateliers dans leur pays d\u2019origine.
