traditionnelles et religieuses\u00a0;<\/li><li>Chers jeunes du D\u00e9partement du Mayo Sava\u00a0;<\/li><li>Mesdames, Messieurs,<\/li><\/ul><p>Nous les jeunes du D\u00e9partement du Mayo-Sava, venant des trois arrondissements et environs, \u00e0 savoir de Mora, Kolofata et de Tokomb\u00e9r\u00e9, avons l\u2019honneur de prendre la parole devant vos \u00e9minentes personnalit\u00e9s en ce jour dans le cadre de cette grande campagne de sensibilisation et de lobbying pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la paix en milieu jeune au Cameroun. Nous sommes tr\u00e8s ravis que notre D\u00e9partement ait \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi pour la phase pilote de cette grande mobilisation pour les jeunes et avec les jeunes pour la paix au Cameroun.\u00a0 Nous sommes \u00e9galement reconnaissants pour le choix port\u00e9 \u00e0 notre endroit pour repr\u00e9senter les jeunes de notre D\u00e9partement.<\/p><p><strong>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9fet,<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Mesdames, Messieurs en vos rangs et grades respectifs,<\/strong><\/p><p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du plaidoyer que nous vous adressons ce jour r\u00e9sultent des r\u00e9flexions men\u00e9es hier lors d\u2019un atelier regroupant plus de 100 jeunes de notre cher et beau D\u00e9partement.<\/p><p>Ayant pris conscience des actes des violences en milieu jeune dans nos trois arrondissements, nous attirons votre attention sur les lieux o\u00f9 ces actes de violence sont commis. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la violence se vit dans la rue, les centres d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation professionnelle et non professionnelle, en famille, mais aussi dans les lieux publics tels que les chefferies traditionnelles, les services d\u2019administration publique, les \u00e9glises, les mosqu\u00e9es, les \u00e9coles coraniques, les associations, sans oublier les points de regroupement comme des bars, les lieux de f\u00eates, les points d\u2019eau, les salons, les moulins et m\u00eames dans les champs. La liste est loin d\u2019\u00eatre exhaustive.<\/p><p>La violence est pour la plupart du temps de nature physique et psychologique. Nous notons \u00e9galement des cas de discrimination, de dictature, de d\u00e9ni de ressources, d\u2019abus de pouvoir, d\u2019harc\u00e8lement sexuel, de rivalit\u00e9, de pression sur le personnel, voire l\u2019exploitation de l\u2019employ\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les auteurs de ces violences sont \u00e0 la fois les riches et les pauvres, mais aussi les forces de maintien de l\u2019ordre, les parents, les leaders religieux, les chefs de bureaux, les enseignant.es et les \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p><p>Les cibles de violences \u00e0 prendre particuli\u00e8rement en consid\u00e9ration sont les enfants, les non-croyants, les membres d\u2019autres communaut\u00e9s de foi, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir identifi\u00e9 les lieux, les types, les auteurs et les cibles de la violence nous avons relev\u00e9 diverses causes dans le contexte de notre D\u00e9partement. Elles sont\u00a0: le tribalisme, l\u2019intol\u00e9rance religieuse, le favoritisme, la corruption, l\u2019extorsion, le ch\u00f4mage ou le manque d\u2019emploi, le mauvais ou manque d\u2019encadrement, la manipulation \u00e9motionnelle ou psychologique, le d\u00e9tournement des fonds de la communaut\u00e9, la pauvret\u00e9. Il ne faudrait pas oublier l\u2019insuffisance de sensibilisation des jeunes sur la notion de la paix.<\/p><p>Les facteurs que nous avons identifi\u00e9s qui poussent ou incitent les jeunes \u00e0 la violence sont\u00a0: la non reconnaissance de dipl\u00f4mes de formation professionnelle, la marginalisation, l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 physique et alimentaire, le manque de soutien des jeunes dans le secteur informel, le manque de foi, le non-respect des recommandations divines, le manque de dialogue, la confiscation du pouvoir et des biens par des classes privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Nous jugeons que les acteurs ci-apr\u00e8s peuvent agir pour r\u00e9duire la violence dans le milieu jeune : les ONGs nationales et internationales, les autorit\u00e9s administratives, les autorit\u00e9s traditionnelles et religieuses, les coop\u00e9ratives et associations communautaires, les forces de maintien de l\u2019ordre, les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, les parents et les enseignant.es.<\/p><p>Nous les jeunes nous-m\u00eames nous nous engageons\u00a0:<\/p><p>A \u00eatre <strong>des ambassadeurs de paix et \u00e0 promouvoir la paix<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p><p>En participant au dialogue inclusif et permanent \u00e0 travers la cr\u00e9ation des clubs de paix et du vivre-ensemble<\/p><ul><li>En participant aux causeries \u00e9ducatives<\/li><li>En montant des projets int\u00e9grateurs dans les \u00e9coles<\/li><li>En nous regroupant nous-m\u00eames en associations pour des actions citoyennes<\/li><li>En assumant les responsabilit\u00e9s et les t\u00e2ches qui nous incombent<\/li><li>En respectant les r\u00e8gles les lois, les embl\u00e8mes et les symboles nationaux<\/li><li>En respectant les a\u00een\u00e9s<\/li><li>En promouvant l\u2019esprit du pardon et d\u2019acceptation de l\u2019autre<\/li><li>En promouvant le dialogue interreligieux<\/li><li>En participant aux activit\u00e9s des communaut\u00e9s de foi<\/li><\/ul><p>Et sur le plan paix<\/li><li>Construire les infrastructures scolaires<\/li><li>Promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9ducation de la jeune fille<\/li><li>Am\u00e9liorer le plan triennal sp\u00e9cial jeune<\/li><li>Faciliter aux jeunes l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la terre<\/li><li>Valoriser davantage les formations professionnelles tout en tenant compte de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des couches sociales<\/li><li>Faciliter
