This ceremony, part of DMJ&#8217;s project to Strengthen Civic Supervision and Youth Inclusion (RECIJ), took place in the presence of the Departmental Delegate for Arts and Culture, the District Delegate for Youth and Civic Education, representatives from MINEPAT, MINEFOP, and MINEPIA, as well as several other young people from the municipality.
