Mr. Joekai was delivering the graduation address on Friday, May 9, 2025, when 168 young men and women (Male 52, Female 116) received certificates following several months of training. Guests included government officials, parents, civil society representatives, and well-wishers. The changes, according to him, are credited to the current National Executive Director, Rufus Monroe, who was appointed in late 2024. He commended the Teachers and Instructors of the institution for their work in helping to train young people in Technical and Vocational Education. \u201cYou have given your humble best to this institution,\u201d He said. He also noted the contribution of Bread for the World and other partners for their support to the center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>National Executive Director, Rufus Monroe, expressed appreciation to Bread for the World for its support of the program, which includes staff and teachers\u2019 salaries.
