Le pays est quasiment dans une spirale d&rsquo;endettement o\u00f9 il faut emprunter pour payer les services de la dette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le partenariat Public, Priv\u00e9, Associatif (3PA) nous semble une solution pertinente pour pallier cette situation qui conduit progressivement vers un \u00ab\u00a0effet d&rsquo;\u00e9viction\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les Foires Communales d&rsquo;\u00c9change sur le Travail (FOCET) ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9normes potentiels dont disposent les organisations de jeunes. Un potentiel qui a besoin de capitaux pour \u00eatre transform\u00e9 en richesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9velopper une collaboration, mieux un partenariat entre les trois principaux secteurs public, priv\u00e9 et associatif.
