The mediation is not carried out by expert mediators, but by local partners, to demonstrate the local zeal for mediation and a growing capacity to do so.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">The mediators in this video are learners, so the mediation process is not perfect. This is done to inspire future trainees who watch this video.
