LOIC is a partner organization of the Civil Peace Service &#8211; CPS.<\/p>\n<p>More than 30 participants &#8211; LOIC Alumni and current trainees attended the one-day activity. Three parallel workshops allowed them to deepen their knowledge on how to enter the job market. In a creative manner, they explored the market with the method of community mapping; role-play to help them experience the challenges of job interviews, and guidance was given on how to do a curriculum vitae or CV.<\/p>\n<p>The Female Career Day in addition specifically aims to build up a network of successful female LOIC alumni in the technical trade area, and recent trainees.
