While such important gatherings usually have specific themes as the primary focus,<br>generally discussing work contents to build better networks and develop collaborations through<br>informal interactions also form an integral part of the program.<br>Unlike all other CPS annual network meetings, the importance of the 2023 meeting was rooted<br>from the fact that Liberia and Sierra Leone had just concluded their national elections, and the<br>latter still grappling with issues relating to the credibility of the outcomes of the final results,<br>which might have serious implications on the peace and security of both countries.
