CPS BftW Partners Liberia: organize a monitoring and documentation workshop

A three-day training in monitoring and documentation, led and supported by civil peace service, Bread for the World Liberia, held at the Ambassador Hotel, Unification Town, Margibi County. YMCA Liberia led the organization of the training which brought together the eight partner organizations.

The workshop focused on planning as the basis for follow-up, emphasizing planning and the development of clear results and measurable indicators ; tools for formulating clear objectives; formulating good indicators and reformulating objectives and indicators in peace project documents, among other topics.


On monitoring, the eight partner organizations made presentations on the monitoring tool used by partner organizations. while Christian Kuijstermans, the lead workshop facilitator, gave presentations on levels of monitoring, including monitoring the goals of the Bread for the World (BftW) peace project.


Participants also discussed the concrete planning of monitoring and its integration into the daily work of the project and a good documentation.< /p

There were also discussions about swapping data storage and documentation; tools for data storage and individual work by partner organizations.

During the training, partner organizations were able to review and revise some of their tracking tools; review and reformulate objectives and indicators in project documents; integrate the tracking tool into project implementation and review the exchange of data storage and documentation; data storage tools and individual work by partner organizations.
