Evaluation of German funding; APADER receives a large German delegation

A special delegation…
On April 15, 2026, APADER hosted a delegation from the BMZ (German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development) for a field visit dedicated to assessing the impact of German funding on beneficiary communities.
This meeting provided an opportunity for the directly involved stakeholders to share their experiences: members of the OPD (Organization for Peacebuilding), community liaisons, women peacebuilders, and internally displaced persons. Their testimonies highlighted concrete progress, particularly in terms of resilience, social inclusion, and community cohesion.

Women peacemakers highlighted their role in mediation and strengthening social cohesion, while community liaisons illustrated their commitment to raising awareness at the grassroots level. Internally displaced persons, for their part, shared the improvements they had observed in their living conditions.
More than just a visit, this exchange provided a better understanding of the realities on the ground and highlighted the results achieved.
APADER reaffirms its commitment to stronger and more inclusive communities.
